We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email / communication from us in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: all major debit/credit cards including Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. All payments are securely processed by Pay Pal, registration is not required.
Accuracy of content
We take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this Website to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that the descriptions of our products are fair and accurate. However, we do reserve the right to decline any order where there has clearly been a material error, or where there is an inaccuracy or omission in the price and/or description of any of our products and/or services as displayed or advertised on the Website.
Think Bizzle and Smile aim to despatch all parcels next working day. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to take in your parcel.
Delivery should normally take 2-3 after dispatch working days.
Mail Airmail – £7.55 flat
Delivery should normally take 2-5 after dispatch working days.
Rest of World
Registered Mail Airmail – £7.55 flat rate
Delivery should normally take 5 working days.
For international orders we ask that you allow up to 20 working days as occasionally delays can occur. There are no hidden charges from us. However, depending on where you live, there may be a customs charge upon entry to the country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be settled by the recipient. Please ensure that your product complies with your local customs regulations before purchasing, as additional delays may be incurred.
Think Bizzle and Smile hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, sometimes things go wrong. Should your product be damaged or defective in anyway please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will happily replace the product on return of the defective product.
You agree to receive e-mails from us about special offers, new products and information from Think Bizzle and Smile when you place an order with us. You have the right to unsubscribe your e-mail address from our mailing list using our link to do so. You will find this in our News Letters.
